Back Flip

before parkour, i was interested in capoeira, the traditional(?) Brazilian martial art as can be seen in tekken games, the art used by Eddy Gordo. anyway, when i was searching for backfips tutorial, i stumbled across a CAPOEIRA BACKFLIP tutorial. it's almost the same as a normal backflip, just with added variations of moves to make it more, COLOURFUL. so here's the video. enjoy~

in my point of view, this video would do great in helping those who have dreams of doing back flips. so if you have any intention of doing so, do be careful.
